Hi I need to find a halloween costume still, I want it be mature, but also creative. I also need to know some stores where I can get the costume, or costume pieces and or materials. Please help!

duct tape dress- get a cheapy dress from goodwill and cover it with colored dct tape from walgreens or walmart
80s person- get colorful stuff from goodwill, like leggings, off thw shoulder shirt, and colorful jewelry
